I should’ve made it more clear. I didn’t make it! However I know more or less how it was made. Basically, you cut the stencil out of freezer paper, iron the freezer paper stencil onto the shirt, and spray the shirt with diluted (about 50/50) bleach. Freezer paper can be found in the grocery store where you find foil and seran wrap and wax paper. It has a papery side and a slick side.
